Mixing Instructions for Frozen Drink Machines:
Prepare your mix in a separate pail or jug before
Mix 1 pillow pack (1.5 pounds) with 1 gallon of water
Chill your mixture before adding to your frozen drink machine for faster serving
Optionally, add your favorite alcohol to your mixture
Each pillow pack yields approximately 18 eight ounce cups of frozen granita

Mixing Instructions for Automatic Fill Frozen Drink Machines:
Fill dispenser with Frosteez mix
For best results, avoid packing down mix
Keep hopper at least ¼ filled at all times
Follow manufacturer's guidelines for powder to water ratio adjustment

Mixing Instructions for Blenders:
Combine 4 to 5 Tbsp. of granita mix, 12oz. ice, and 4oz. cold water
Blend mixture until consistent
Optionally, add your favorite alcohol while blending
Yields approximately 16oz of granita
